How to Qualify

Our second chance rental program is specifically designed to help renters who need a clean slate. This program makes getting approved for your new lease simple.

In order to qualify, you will need the following:

  • Must have valid ID/Driver's License

  • Must have stable employment and be able to provide proof of employment if necessary.

  • Must meet income requirements of the apartment complex or house you wish to apply. (Usually 3X's the rent)

  • Must be capable of passing a background check.

  • Able to make an investment of $797

  • Must have rental history. (If not you may inquire about our rental vouch program).

Please note: We are not provide Emergency Housing Assistance services. You will also need 2-3 weeks timeframe to complete this process.
